Whilst some clients use our media products to attract applicants, or our technology for their candidate management, other employers trust their complete graduate recruitment campaigns to us - from marketing through to assessment centres. We only work in graduate recruitment and this allows us to focus on reaching the top talent.

During 20 years of specialising in graduate recruitment, we’ve developed a worldwide network of university career services and departments, student and alumni societies, as well as graduate marketing channels. Many of the clients we work with draw on our global expertise to reach graduates they would find it impossible to attract without GTI Recruiting Solutions.

We have a well-established database of university and media contacts in the European countries that international recruiters find most challenging: Czech Republic, Kyrgyrstan, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovakia, Croatia, Poland and Turkey, for example. In addition to this, we have commissioned research to ensure a full understanding of their markets and education systems.
