Mark Tims
Managing Director
Mark brings a wide and varied background to the team from being a site-based civil engineer, through computer programming and analysis, systems sales and management, market research and now graduate recruitment. Mark brings a very balanced and invaluable head to the team from experiencing most business pressures; There’s no pressure quite like being 20 years old and faced with a traffic jam of lorries carrying concrete and waiting on your command to pour. Get it wrong and you’re likely to soon be wearing concrete shoes! GTI provides an environment to put into practice everything that has been learnt. Outside of work, Mark aspires to play professional football having already represented English Universities at Judo!
Paul Clark
Director
Paul has worked in the graduate market place for the past 10 years starting out as a young, ambitious sales person to currently running, alongside Mark Tims, the Recruiting Solutions division of GTI. Pauls love of cricket would see him following the England cricket team around the world if he could – fortunately not only his job is holding him back; Paul has two boys under the age of two, which certainly keeps him busy!
Chris Willimott
Client Services Director
Chris has now been at GTI for just over 10 years and is currently the Client Services Director, with responsibility for all GTI’s Account Management and, therefore, all the ATS clients. Before GTI his previous roles all involved new product development and project management of software systems, and he continues to hone those skills by assisting with work planning and new product development here. He does enjoy getting out of the office and getting time with clients, particularly when he’s able to make real improvements to client systems and working practices. Outside of work, Chris just likes doing anything ‘outdoors’ – particularly when he can get his family involved.
Jenny Bekenn
Client Services Director
With a strong background in graduate recruitment both at HSBC and Ernst & Young, Jenny brings expertise in managing end to end campaigns from designing innovative attraction strategies through to running assessment centres for clients across all sectors. Jenny understands the market and has depth of knowledge in applying headhunting techniques to the graduate market place to generate very high calibre talent for clients. Jennys love of skiing and sport in general keeps her very busy!
