- Find 30 high-achieving graduates with strong educational backgrounds in business, economics and finance, engineering or quantitative mathematics

Our approach
- Management of the end-to-end recruitment process, initially generating over 3,300 applications
- All CVs were individually screened, and 104 applicants were invited to assessment centres

- Recruited 36 graduates onto the scheme – six over their original target
- Of this, 47% were female – far exceeding the 30% target
