Recruitment needs

  • Find 30 high-achieving graduates with strong educational backgrounds in business, economics and finance, engineering or quantitative mathematics
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to speak a third language
  • Minimum of 30% female recruits
  • Three Japanese recruits required


Our approach

  • Management of the end-to-end recruitment process, initially generating over 3,300 applications
  • All CVs were individually screened, and 104 applicants were invited to assessment centres


The results

  • Recruited 36 graduates onto the scheme – six over their original target
  • Of this, 47% were female – far exceeding the 30% target
