Our approach

  • Responsible for marketing and attraction, pre-screening candidates and telephone interviews
  • A full UK and multi-national advertising campaign targeting relevant recruitment websites and universities
  • Liaised with external suppliers to provide a comprehensive web-based advertising campaign
  • A total of 1,270 applications were received and individually screened, 270 more than the initial target


Results

  • Over 1,250 applications generated in under five weeks
  • 13 graduates hired – three more than the target
  • 40% of the intakes were female – significantly higher than the industry average of just 18%
