Project management

GTI Recruiting Solutions can oversee part of your recruitment process, or all of it - whatever suits your organisation best. Our experienced project managers work as an extension of your team, in-house or off-site, as required.

Our approach is to be flexible, resourceful, transparent and professional, while leaving no stone unturned to find the perfect candidates for you. We aim to take the strain, while leaving you firmly in control. You will have a dedicated project manager, to work with you from the start, to identify your requirements and agree Key Performance Indicators. We also offer a Service Level Agreement. During the recruitment cycle we produce management reports, as and when you require them, so you keep an overview at all times.

Our project managers are experienced recruiters and use Prince 2 methodology. Each project manager is supported by a team of qualified staff with particular expertise, such as relevant marketing experience, assessment-centre facilitation or CV screening, so they can draw on the experience they need to benefit your organisation. We can work to your current process, using your own assessment materials, or make recommendations and design them from scratch, if that’s what you prefer.
