Marketing Assistant

Marketing and attraction forms one of the most important parts of any graduate recruitment campaign. We are looking for European language speakers to work across a variety of our graduate recruitment campaigns. As a marketing assistant you will be responsible for liaising with universities, careers services and departments to identify the best students and graduates. Business Development Director

GTI markets a number of software technology products directed at graduate careers. This role is to focus upon the sale of nominated products which will principally comprise TARGETconnect in the early stages.

TARGETconnect is a full service university careers and student services CRM system that enables client universities to manage relationships with all students, graduates, members of staff and recruiting employers. Clients include some of the UK and Ireland's leading universities including Imperial College, London School of Economics, Birmingham, Durham, Cardiff, York, University College Dublin, Robert Gordon University Aberdeen and Sheffield Hallam.

University Careers Services are under pressure to find jobs and placements for their students from their vice chancellors at a time when university budgets are shrinking. This makes TARGETconnect an extremely compelling proposition. The product has also been sold to one of the World’s major banks for the purpose of coordinating their internal resources with recruitment activities. This is the first sale into the commercial sector and the scale of this implementation indicates that the product holds significant market opportunity.

Other technology products in the GTI portfolio includes an applicant tracking system called selectATS favoured by many of the world’s leading recruiters of graduates, including HSBC, Citi, RBS, Barclays, Deloitte and KPMG. It is also an integral part of our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) service and featured in campaigns we run for BAT, Societe Generale, Kerry Group and ABInbev.
